ABOUT FREE FROM NERVES
Nerves Are Human. They Don’t Have to Hold You Back.
Nerves are part of being human. They’re there when something matters, when we feel exposed, when the stakes are high or when we step beyond what feels familiar. But sometimes nerves start taking up too much space. We overthink. Rush. Hold back. Second-guess ourselves. Avoid opportunities. Or find that the person who shows up under pressure doesn’t quite feel like us.
Free From Nerves exists to help change that.
THE FREE FROM NERVES APPROACH
Nothing Added. Less Getting In The Way
Free From Nerves isn’t about eliminating nerves or teaching you to perform a more confident version of yourself.
It’s about understanding what happens in your mind and body when pressure kicks in, recognising the patterns that can take over and developing practical ways to respond differently.
The approach brings together communication, coaching and human performance, alongside an accessible understanding of the science behind how we respond to pressure. Confidence isn’t always something you need to add. Sometimes it’s about reducing what gets in the way, so you can access more of the capability that’s already there.

SPEAK. BE HEARD. BE FREE.
Different moments. The same underlying challenge.
Nerves can show up in very different ways. For one person, it might be standing in front of an audience. For another, it’s speaking up in a room of senior people, having a difficult conversation or trusting themselves enough to take the next step.
That’s why Free From Nerves has three pathways.
Speak helps you communicate with greater freedom when all eyes are on you. Be Heard helps your ideas, expertise and leadership carry greater weight. Be Free helps when nerves, self-doubt or overthinking are getting between you and what you’re capable of.
Different starting points, with the same aim: more freedom to be yourself when it matters.
